Who buys used heavy equipment in the UAE?

A contractor finishing a project often has machines that no longer fit the next one. Selling them directly avoids a long wait for a buyer.
Machine value is judged on manufacturer, model, year, operating hours, maintenance record and visible wear on the undercarriage, hydraulics and cabin.

How we assess a machine
Every machine is assessed on identification (manufacturer, model, serial number, year), operating hours, engine and hydraulic condition, undercarriage or tyres, structure and welds, attachments, cab condition, and documentation. Hours alone do not tell the story. A machine with high hours and complete service records can be worth more than one with fewer hours and no history. We ask for the hour-meter photo because it is the fastest way to check the basics.
Documents and ownership
Ownership and, where applicable, registration documents are needed to complete a sale. For machinery that is financed, leased or owned jointly, tell us at the start. For cranes and lifting equipment, inspection and test certificates are part of the picture, and we ask what you have. We never complete a purchase without checking that the seller has the right to sell.
Moving the machine
Heavy machinery has to be transported, and transport is a real cost. We discuss with you who arranges and pays for loading and transport before the price is agreed, so that there is no confusion later. Machines can remain at your site until the inspection.
Fleet and project clearance sales
For clearance sales of several machines, send a list with the details of each one. We can inspect them together and agree a price per machine or for the group. Keep the machines where they are until the inspection is completed, and do not dismantle or move parts without telling us.
