1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of this website and the submission of enquiries to AL HADAF USED CARS TR. L.L.C. By using the site you accept them.
2. What this website is
This website is for people who want to SELL a vehicle or heavy machinery to AL HADAF. It is not a marketplace, it lists no assets for sale and it does not offer rentals.
3. An enquiry is not a purchase
Submitting an enquiry does not mean AL HADAF has agreed to buy. A purchase is final only after inspection, agreement of the price, completed documentation and the agreed payment arrangement.
4. Accuracy and ownership
You confirm that the information and photos you submit are accurate and that you own the asset or are authorised to sell it. Fraudulent or misleading submissions may be rejected and reported.
5. Valuation and offers
Any early estimate is indicative. A purchase offer may change after inspection and may expire if not accepted within the time stated in the offer.
6. Payment and transfer
Payment terms and ownership transfer are agreed for each deal. We do not promise payment before inspection and agreement.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, design and the AL HADAF name and logo belong to AL HADAF USED CARS TR. L.L.C. unless stated otherwise.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website or for interruptions or errors in its availability.
9. Governing law

11. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, disclose known faults, accident history and finance, and cooperate with inspection. You must not submit assets you are not entitled to sell.
12. Cancellation
You may withdraw an enquiry at any time before a purchase agreement is completed. We may also decline an enquiry or withdraw an offer where the asset or information differs from what was described.
13. Changes to these terms
