1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you submit a selling enquiry we collect: your name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, emirate; the details of your vehicle or machinery (category, brand, model, year, mileage or hours, condition, location, expected price); photographs and optional video you upload; and any message you add. If you accept analytics cookies we also receive anonymous website usage data.
3. How we use it
We use your information only to review your enquiry, contact you, inspect and value the asset, make a purchase offer and complete a deal, and to keep records of the enquiry.
4. Where it is stored
Enquiry data and uploaded files are stored with our database and file-storage provider (Supabase). Access is limited to authorised AL HADAF staff through a password-protected dashboard. We do not make claims about the physical location of servers beyond what our provider documents.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website (hosting, database/storage, e-mail notification, analytics if you consented) and where required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies/storage are used to remember your cookie choice. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to review or delete your record. [LEGAL REVIEW: set a fixed retention period]
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE law, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) where it applies, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing sgk.ucd@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Security
Access to the dashboard requires a password, data is transmitted over HTTPS and uploaded files are stored privately. No system is completely secure, so please do not send identity documents or payment card numbers through the enquiry form.
10. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and others are governed by those services' own policies.
11. Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
12. Uploaded photographs and videos
Photographs and videos you upload are stored in a private storage area and are visible to authorised AL HADAF staff through the dashboard. They are not published on the website. Please do not upload images that show people, identity documents or other information that is not needed to assess the asset.
13. Children
Our services are for adults who own or are authorised to sell vehicles and machinery. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
14. International transfers

15. How to make a privacy request
Email sgk.ucd@gmail.com with your name, phone number and, if you have it, your enquiry reference number. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We will respond within a reasonable time.
