How can I submit machinery photographs?

Valuation
How is a vehicle valued?
We consider make, model, year, mileage, condition, service history, accident history and current market demand. The final price is confirmed at inspection.
How is heavy machinery inspected?
We check operating hours, engine and hydraulic condition, undercarriage or tyres, structure, attachments and documentation.
Does submitting an enquiry guarantee a purchase?
No. Submitting an enquiry starts a review. A purchase happens only after inspection, agreement and completed documentation.
Cash Payment & Documents
How does the cash payment process work?
When price and documents are agreed, payment is made directly at deal closing according to the terms agreed with you. We never promise payment before inspection.
What documents are required?
For a vehicle typically the registration card (Mulkiya) and your ID or company documents. For machinery, ownership and registration papers where applicable. Our team confirms the exact list for your case.

Do you charge the seller any fee?
We do not publish fees we have not set. Any terms will be explained to you before you agree to anything. You can submit an enquiry and receive our assessment without paying.
Do you list my vehicle for sale to the public?
No. AL HADAF buys vehicles and machinery itself. Nothing you submit is advertised.
Can I sell a vehicle that is still under bank finance?
Possibly. The bank must be paid and release the registration before ownership transfers. Tell us the outstanding amount when you contact us.
Do I need to clear traffic fines before selling?
Outstanding fines usually have to be dealt with before ownership can be transferred. We explain what applies to your vehicle.
Do you buy vehicles with accident history?
Yes, they can be reviewed. Describe the accident and repair honestly, because it affects the price.
Do you buy vehicles that do not run?
They can be reviewed. State the fault and attach photographs.
Can a company sell its fleet to AL HADAF?
Yes. Send a list of vehicles or machines, and we will inspect them and discuss a price. Company documents and an authorised signatory are needed to complete the sale.
How long does the process take?
It depends on how quickly photographs, documents and the inspection can be arranged. We do not promise a fixed timeline, but complete information at the start helps.
Do you travel to inspect vehicles and machinery?
Yes, case by case, depending on the asset, its value and its location. We tell you honestly if a journey is not practical.
Do you have branches in Dubai or other emirates?
No. AL HADAF is registered in Al Dhaid, Sharjah. We have served customers in Dubai for 15 years and accept enquiries from all emirates.
Is my personal information safe?
