Photos and details that speed up the review

For a quick first review we need photographs of the front, rear, both sides, the interior and the dashboard showing mileage. Add the make, model, year, mileage, fuel type, transmission and any known faults. A short video of the engine running can be very useful if you can send it on WhatsApp. If your car is a 4x4 or pickup used off-road, say so, and mention modifications such as lift kits, bull bars or non-standard wheels.

Documents and transfer in Sharjah

For the transfer we normally need the vehicle registration card (Mulkiya) and the seller's Emirates ID, or the company documents and authorised signatory ID for a business. If the car is financed, the bank documents are needed too. We explain the exact list for your case and complete the paperwork with you at deal closing. Requirements can change, so we confirm them at the time rather than relying on an old checklist.
